This notice describes the default application installed on myussearch.com. It should be updated if the operator changes the data sources or adds services.

Search information

Search fields are submitted to this server to return a result. The application does not persist raw search terms or a personal search history. It stores aggregate daily counts by search type. Search responses are sent with a no-store cache header.

Contact records

The operator may import records they are authorized to store and display. Published fields can include a name, phone number, address, city, state, ZIP and source label. Records marked private, expired or suppressed are excluded from public results.

Removal requests

Submitting a removal request stores the phone number, email address, message, status and submission date so the operator can review and respond. Do not include government identification numbers, passwords or other sensitive information. Verification may be required. Approved removals create a suppression entry to prevent accidental republication by later imports.

Cookies and rate limiting

A session cookie protects forms against misuse and supports admin authentication. Temporary rate-limit entries use a keyed hash of the network address and a time window. Old entries stop applying after the window expires and are periodically cleaned up during subsequent traffic. No analytics or advertising scripts are included.

Hosting and retention

Hostinger and related infrastructure may process server access logs and network information under their own arrangements with the operator. Contact records remain until deleted or expired; expired records stop displaying but are not automatically erased. Removal requests can be deleted after review through the admin dashboard. Aggregate counts remain until the operator deletes them or the database. The operator should set a retention schedule appropriate to their use.
